Carly Maher, Physician Assistant

Carly Maher, PA-C completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Florida as part of the Honors College. She was awarded a masters degree in physician assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University. Carly previously worked as a study coordinator with a primary focus on drug development for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.

As a native Floridian, Carly is all too aware of the effect the sun’s rays have on the skin. While at Nova Southeastern she completed two clinical rotations in dermatology, and found her passion in skin cancers and skin care. She has been working as a physician assistant in dermatology ever since. Carly enjoys skiing, camping, biking, reading, cooking (but not cleaning).

“Technically, the practice of dermatology is ‘skin deep’, but a patient’s care should be all-encompassing of body, mind, and spirit. Every patient deserves to be treated with compassion and respect, and I love making a personal connection with each patient I treat.”

Joshua Attias, Physician Assistant

Joshua Attias, PA-C completed his undergraduate studies at Davidson College in North Carolina with a degree in biology. At Davidson, he had the opportunity to study abroad in Quito, Ecuador where he gained fluency in Spanish. Josh was awarded a masters degree in physician assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University. Beyond dermatology, during his studies he gained proficiency in several medical specialties including family medicine, geriatrics, and nephrology. His wide array of experience and interests allow him to see and treat skin conditions from multiple different perspectives. Josh enjoys watching movies, spending time with family and friends, and staying active through pickleball and weightlifting.

“Dermatology is much more than just taking care of skin. With every encounter, there is a patient who is dealing with a concern and it should be addressed and treated with the utmost care. I always tailor my approach to each person, because I believe personalized medicine is necessary to achieve optimal results.”

Kathy McManus, Registered Nurse

“My passion is skin health and rejuvenation. I love helping people look and feel their best by assisting them in choosing the best treatment or product.”

Casey Stolts, Practice Manager & Certified Medical Assistant

“I love to be involved with making someone feel and look better about themselves. I am proud to work at Kirsch Dermatology, where we strive to provide the best patient care. Taking care of your skin is more important than covering it up. I always want to leave people feeling more beautiful today than they did yesterday, even if we just talked about wearing sunscreen.”

Ausra Januskeviciute, Practice Administration & Medical Assistant

“Dermatology is an intricate specialty, with medical and cosmetic aspects. I am very proud to be part of the Kirsch Dermatology team because we are here for both reasons: to make sure our patients are healthy and beautiful!”

Emily Beebe, Medical Assistant

“Growing up in Naples, Florida I have had my fair share of sun exposure. I have learned to appreciate skincare and the ways to prevent sun damage. At Kirsch Dermatology, I get satisfaction knowing I am helping patients by changing their lives for the better, whether it is assisting to treat skin cancer, rashes, or cosmetic procedures.”

We seek to maintain our profession as a calling, keeping the focus of our intention first and foremost on providing excellent patient-centered care.

Our office is located on the 5th floor of the prestigious Bayfront Professional Center in Naples, Florida. The state-of-the-art facility has water views and was designed by the famed HGA architecture firm.
