Carly Maher – Physician Assistant
Carly Maher, PA-C completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Florida as part of the Honors College. She was awarded a masters degree in physician assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University. Carly previously worked as a study coordinator with a primary focus on drug development for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
As a native Floridian, Carly is all too aware of the effect the sun’s rays have on the skin. While at Nova Southeastern she completed two clinical rotations in dermatology, and found her passion in skin cancers and skin care. She has been working as a physician assistant in dermatology ever since. Carly enjoys skiing, camping, biking, reading, cooking (but not cleaning).

Joshua Attias – Physician Assistant
Joshua Attias, PA-C completed his undergraduate studies at Davidson College in North Carolina with a degree in biology. At Davidson, he had the opportunity to study abroad in Quito, Ecuador where he gained fluency in Spanish. Josh was awarded a masters degree in physician assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University. Beyond dermatology, during his studies he gained proficiency in several medical specialties including family medicine, geriatrics, and nephrology. His wide array of experience and interests allow him to see and treat skin conditions from multiple different perspectives. Josh enjoys watching movies, spending time with family and friends, and staying active through pickleball and weightlifting.

We seek to maintain our profession as a calling, keeping the focus of our intention first and foremost on providing excellent patient-centered care.
Our office is located on the 5th floor of the prestigious Bayfront Professional Center in Naples, Florida. The state-of-the-art facility has water views and was designed by the famed HGA architecture firm. We utilize industry-leading electronic medical record, practice management and revenue cycle management software provided by EZDerm.
We schedule appointments so that patients will be seen promptly, and to allow adequate time for a thorough consultation. In addition, limited evening and weekend appointments can be arranged upon request.
